Room: with humidity, cracks, no heating in the bathroom, no safe and no refrigerator, regular cleaning.
CAREFUL! I LEFT MY BELONGINGS, TOOK A PHOTO AND FOUND THEM IN ANOTHER POSITION.
Living/dining room: Little variety at breakfast, dirty tablecloths and some cutlery, pleasant staff, at lunch and dinner they serve you first, second and dessert with no possibility of change.
EYE! THEY PUT CORIANDER IN ALMOST EVERY MEAL AND SOUP EVERY NIGHT WITH VEGETABLES (in case someone doesn't like them).
Everything in general deplorable. The rooms are very old and dirty. Rough towels, they don't even change them. The terrible food, from a school cafeteria. If you don't like it, you go without eating, they don't offer you anything alternative. Staff generally unpleasant and scarce

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms are pleasant, spacious and clean with lots of light and a pleasant balcony.
The staff are all very friendly. We were well received by Ana, who was very attentive to my daughter with special care. Breakfast is good and André is very attentive.

Three-star hotel located about 800 meters from the esplanade of the basilicas in the city of Fátima, cozy and quiet, the restaurant service is good and the food too, good to spend a few days in Portugal, breakfast could be improved to a three stars and in my mattress I noticed a lack of renovation.
Hotel well located, quiet, very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast with some variety. Good quality/price. I recommend it and I will definitely be back.
Good afternoon, I was at your hotel last Sunday and for me everything was perfect. First, Ana, at reception, was super polite and helpful. The room was very good, with everything needed, large and with lots of natural light. And the best part, I loved being able to take my dog, an unparalleled advantage compared to other hotels. Breakfast was also very good and the girl who served us there was also very helpful. Price/quality within reason.
